if you are not already a retailer, you can apply here

we work hard to make qualities products and make your shopping experience excellent.

please read through and understand our policies below;

order minimums

all orders are subject to a minimum order total of $200.00.

there are no product minimums, so long as the order total meets the $200 threshold.

shipping

domestic shipping is a flat rate of $20 for all orders.

international shipments must be handled with our team on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to increased shipping rates.

so long as product is in stock at our warehouse, all orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days and shipped via USPS Priority mail (2-5 business days).

if you don't receive all of your items, or you believe a package is missing / lost, please contact us and we'll work with you to get the issue fixed!

restrictions

1) selling modern+chic products through third party re-seller websites such as amazon, etsy, jane, groupdeals, ebay etc. is prohibited.

if we discover that you're selling our items on these sites, we will immediately suspend your wholesale account and work to get your products listings removed, including DMCA takedowns.

2) using modern+chic's product names, descriptions and/or product photos is strictly prohibited. all photos, logos and content on our website(s), social media and product listings is our reserved copyright and trademarks.

payment terms

we require that all orders be placed on our website (credit card) via your modern+chic wholesale login. we currently only allow net terms payments for customers who we've built a long-standing relationship with.

returns + exchanges

returns and exchanges must be approved by our team within 14 days of delivery.

products must be returned unused and unworn at the buyer's expense.

if an item arrives damaged, we will work with you to get you a replacement or a refund, but do require photo or video proof of the damage upon arrival.
