Returning an item is simple.
Step 1 — Request Your Return
Start your return request by contacting our team at

Please include your order number and the item you wish to return.
Step 2 — Ship Your Item Back
Place the item in a box or mailer along with your packing slip or order information.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Step 3 — Receive Your Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect the item, your store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a digital gift card.
Store credit never expires and can be used on anything in our store.
To qualify for a return, items must:
• Be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Be unworn and unused
• Have all original tags attached
• Be free of stains, odors, or damage
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Items marked FINAL SALE
• Items returned worn, washed, or damaged
• Items returned without original tags

Orders placed through Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok checkout may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, according to the platform’s return policy requirements.
