Was the item not what you were hoping for? We hate when that happens. Keep reading to find out if your item is eligible for return. Approved returns are eligible for store credit only. NO refunds are given.
- For orders placed through our website: Returns must be requested and postmarked within 14 calendar days of the package's delivery. Costs for shipping a package back to us are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
- For orders placed via Instagram and Facebook: Returns must be requested and postmarked within 30 calendar days of the package's delivery. All other return policies as seen below apply.
- Items must be unworn and unused with tags still attached to be eligible for store credit.
A few more notes about returns:
- Your return will be approved or denied within 2-3 business days of making the request.
- We strongly encourage you to keep a tracking number for your return. This helps us keep better track of the package, and protects you should the courier lose or misplace it for any reason.
- We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible, but please note that we have 21 business days to process your return after we receive the package back.
- Items in our sale collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Please note that we cannot accept in-person returns, even if you are local.
Almost there! If your return request has been approved, here’s what to do next:
- Pack your item(s) inside a box or mailer, and include your packing slip inside the package. we will need your order number, which is included on your packing slip, in order to process the return.

- Once we have received the package back and the item(s) you'll receive a confirmation message to the email address we have on file with your store credit in the form of a store gift card.
- We only offer store credit. No refunds are issued.
- Initial shipping charges are not returned with the exception of an item that arrived damaged. See our policy on damaged items below.

- We’re so sorry! Please let us know immediately after the package's delivery if you received a damaged item by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We want to make it right!

- Rips, tears, stains, or a broken item.

- Wrinkles, tags, tangles, loose threads, etc.
